What to Believe

July 24, 2016

1.     The way people argue.

Romans 2:15 (NCV) They show that in their hearts they know what is right and wrong, just as the law commands. And they show this by their consciences. Sometimes their thoughts tell them they did wrong, and sometimes their thoughts tell them they did right.

Accept that there is right and wrong.

2.     The existence of human beings.

Jeremiah 17:9 (NLT) The human heart is most deceitful and desperately wicked.

1 John 3:2 (NCV) Dear friends, now we are children of God , and we have not yet been shown what we will be in the future. But we know that when Christ comes again, we will be like Him, because we will see Him as He really is.

Genesis 1:27 (NLT) God created people in His own image; God patterned them after Himself.

Accept yourself as a person of great value in God's eyes.

 3.     The desire for a life with purpose.

Colossians 1:16 (Message) For everything, absolutelyeverything, above and below, visible and invisible, ...everything got started in Him and finds its purpose in Him.

Persue God and discover your purpose.

4.     God changes lives.

2 Corinthians 5:17 (NLT) Those who become Christians become new persons. They are not the same anymore, for the old life is gone. A new life has begun!

  Let Jesus change your life.
